Rajasinghe-x-intoxicated

We are excited to announce that this stunning Rajasinghe colt has been added into the Denton Hall Syndicate. He was purchased at the Tattersalls Somerville yearling sales with Highflyer/ Eve Johnson Houghton being the under bidders. He really did stand out in the ring. He is the first foal out of Intoxicated, who was unraced herself, however her dam has produced 5 winners from 8 runners including the 107 rated filly Queen Jo Jo who won over 5-6 furlongs.

He is by Rajasinghe, who has had an extremely impressive year. Rajasinghe has been a bit of an underdog but has shown that he’s capable of getting classy winners this year as Two Tribes conquered the International Handicap at Ascot and then 7 days later he battled on to win the Steward’s Cup at Goodwood.

But it’s not just the southern tracks where his horses have been victorious. Luna A Inbhir Nis, who is an improving 3 year old, has won 6 races, one of which was at York, and won over £70,000 in prize money. She is now rated 94 and was only beaten 3 ¾ lengths in the Arran Scottish Sprint EBF Fillies listed race at Ayr during the Ayr Gold Cup meeting.

He has really proven that he can breed good horses as he is also the sire of Run Boy Run who put up an incredible battle to win the prestigious Ayr Gold Cup this year.

This is a cracking looking colt who will be a lot of fun and it’s clear to see that Rajasinghe can breed tough horses. This colt looks sharp and racey so looks to be an early type.
