Gale Force Maya's first foal born

Gale Force Maya, described by Michael Dods are possibly the toughest horse he's trained, has given birth to her first foal.

The gallant mare has had a colt by Group 1 winner Pinatubo, the top two-year-old of 2019, at Byerley Stud, in Wiltshire.

Gale Force Maya, owned by Frank Lowe, won 13 times, including two listed races, and amassed nearly £300,000 in prize money.

The foal, who has his mother's big white blaze, is bred to be both fast and tough!
